~ About Me ~Hey there! My name is Korvella Starlight, but you can also call me Kody or Korv for short; I don't have a preference for either name, you can use whichever one you like! I'm in my 20's, and I go by he/him and they/them pronouns interchangeably. I am an eclectic Pagan and progressive Daemonolater, as well as a demonologist and occultist. I am a blogger, writer, and aspiring zinester who loves studying and writing about daemons! I'm also queer (non-binary trans man, bisexual, and grey-aroace). <3

~ Why I Do What I Do ~Ultimately, I aspire to provide resources for those new to the spiritual path of Daemonolatry, as well as to advocate against cultural appropriation that occurs within pagan and occult spaces. As someone who had the displeasure of being brainwashed into thinking that the cultural appropriation of Jewish daemons (i.e. Lilith and Naamah) wasn't harmful by an extremely problematic online forum at the beginning of my practice (fuck you, r/DemonolatryPractices), I hope to help prevent other beginner practitioners from falling down the same antisemitic pipeline I did, as well as hopefully help inform people on the importance of respecting closed practices as a whole.I use the term "progressive Daemonolatry" to refer to the specific sect of Daemonolatry that denounces and avoids cultural appropriation of any kind.

~ Mental Health Info ~I am neurodivergent. I have ADHD, ASD, recurrent depression, BPD, and an eating disorder. I also suspect that I may be Schizotypal or Schizoid too, but that hasn't been officially diagnosed yet (at least as far as I know). These conditions significantly impact my ability to function. I try to be as active as I can on my socials, but I'm kind of a recluse and am very frequently burnt out, so I might not be able to post persistently. I also have multiple blogs, so I'll be posting on different blogs depending on what I'm up to. I try my best to post where I can though!

I don't really mind porn/NSFW blogs generally, but I'd prefer if you didn't interact with my content. I dislike the shows, as they portray daemons (entities I have a lot of love and respect for) in a very negative light. No disrespect if you're a fan of Viv's stuff, I just personally don't want anything to do with it.‣ Cultural appropriators of any kind. This especially goes for non-Jews who "worship Lilith". Go educate yourself on the importance of respecting closed practices, listen to Jewish people when they tell you that what you're doing is wrong, and stop being an ignorant dumbass. :)‣ Religious extremists/radicalists. If you're a regular old religious person and you're progressive, that's completely fine and I have no problem with you. It's just the extremists that I want absolutely nothing to do with. For example, Christian radicalists who are constantly trying to shove their twisted and problematic beliefs down everybody's throats, or Christian extremists who try to justify bigotry and generally shitty behaviour in the name of God.‣ Ableism of any kind. This includes ableism towards mental illness, neurodiversity, and all personality disorders. Ableism towards Cluster B Personality Disorders (Antisocial/Sociopathic/Psychopathic, Narcissistic, Histrionic, Borderline) will especially not be tolerated.‣ New-Agers, conspiracy theorists, etc. The New Age Movement shit contributed to my transient psychosis and heavily triggered/worsened my mental health issues (especially when it leaked into my spiritual practices) as a teenager. Plus, it's extremely problematic in general and has its roots in racism, white supremacism, and antisemitism. I want nothing to do with it whatsoever.
